 Simpson Meadows is Chester County’s
premier non-profit continuing care retirement community with a 141- year
history through our affiliation with Simpson House. Our philosophy of care
includes maximizing resident independence at an affordable price. Our community
includes Independent Residential and Residential Plus apartments, Personal Care
and a specialized Alzheimer’s/Dementia Care Neighborhood. Simpson
Meadows is connected to the complete skilled nursing services available in
Simpson House’s Flanagan Health and Rehabilitation Center that provides
short-term, sub-acute care and long-term skilled nursing care.
Although Simpson Meadows has historical ties to the United Methodist Church, we
are truly a community that values diversity and individuality, and welcomes all
adults 62 and older without regard to religious, ethnic, racial or economic
